INFLUENCE OF CONTACTING SURFACES SHAPE AT RIGID BODIES COLLISION WITH PLANT MATERIAL

Authors: R. Makharoblidze*, Z. Makharoblidze

Abstract:

With taking into account the contacting surfaces shape and rheological properties of plant materials (soil, root crops, grain, fertilizers, etc.) theoretically is studied the process of shock interaction. As the rheological model of plant material (impacted body) is applied the basic law of linear deformation, taking into account not only the elastic properties of materials, but also their viscous properties, as well as the velocity of deformation and stress propagation. Are derived design formulas of values of impact deformation, stress and impact period. The results of study would be used in the development of technological processes in agriculture and in the calculation of working bodies of the machines, operating on the impact principle.

Keywords: impact; rheology; plant material; contacting surface shape.
