DESIGN OF PERSPECTIVE HIGH-SPEED ASYNCHRONOUS ELECTRIC MACHINES

Authors: A. Rikrikadze

Abstract:

In the paper is considered perspective design of the asynchronous electric machine with short-circuited rotor, made in two versions: 1.With one magnetic circuit rotor and 2. With two magnetic circuits (massive and of mixture electro-technical steel). The two versions of the rotor have console performance giving possibility to use them where technical processes demand high frequency rotation in all spheres of industry, and performance of the second version – in transport means (in electric motor wheels), in such technological processes where is demanded frequent start and brake, also reversing of direction of the rotor rotation. Construction of the rotor simultaneously accomplishes the function of the reservoir for lubricating liquid, but the system with two magnetic circuits gives possibility to increase frequency of the starting moment.

Keywords: high speed; asynchronous; electric machine.
