Abstract:

: There has been developed the methodology for optimizing the process of face milling, taking into account the effect of disturbing factors of instability, in conjunction with the proposed mathematical models of deterministic and stochastic optimization, which allows to achieve the processing conditions that give the required level of their stabilization. The results of the estimated optimization confirm theoretical assumptions and fall in line with the data of experimental studies.
