DYNAMIC RESEARCHER OF RRRRT TYPE SPHERICAL FIVE-BAR HINGED MECHANISM WITH TWO DEGREES OF FREEDOM WITH ONE CLEARANCES IN CONNECTION OF TWO COUPLERS

Abstract:

The dynamic researcher of RRRRT type spherical five-bar hinged mechanism with two degrees of freedom with one clearance in the connection of two couplers is stated. Is carried out the analysis of formula of kinetic energy of mechanism without clearance and with clearance in one kinematic pair. Are explained the additional and basic motions of mechanism. Is given the numerical example of solution of dynamic task without clearance and one clearance in the connection of two couplers. Is carried out the comparative analysis of results of dynamics of spherical five-bar mechanism; dynamic analysis; kinetic energy; clearances; basic and additional motion; differential equation of motion. ideal (without clearance) and real mechanisms with revealing of reliable five-bar mechanism.
