DYNAMIC OF MULTILOOP LEVER MECHANISMS WITH ELASTIC LINKS

Abstract:

The lever mechanisms of high classed built on the basis of two or more independent loops have very complicated geometrical and functional connections in comparison with regnant mechanisms of the second class. These mechanisms are not used wide in practice despite of the evident improved possibilities on transmission of movement and forces. Experience of mechanisms use of high class for creation of manipulation and hoisting appliance has proved [1] that it is necessary to take into account dynamic loads at stages of synthesis and analysis that appear in a construction because of complicated geometry of the mechanism and redundancy of connections in planar mechanisms and frictions in kinematic pairs. Taking into account these loadings is connected to complication of dynamic model of the mechanism and as a result of equations describing this process [1].
