DEVELOPMENT OF METHODS OF CALCULATION THE MECHANICAL LOSSES AND INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE PISTON MACHINES

Abstract:
There is the friction process in kinematic pairs of piston machines applied in oil and gas industry is considered and is developed a method of management by them in this work. Here real working processes and gaps in the links of these machines are taking into account. Expressions for definition of work of friction forces and mechanical losses in piston compressors are given. Results of researches can be useful at calculation and design of piston machines taking into account real working processes.
