Abstract:

In the article are analyzed the issues of energy balance of the water disintegration process in the low temperature conditions in order to reveal the relation between the opposite processes of decomposition and synthesis with temperature. It is shown that is not existing strict relation between these processes and temperature that gives the possibility to judge the second on law from the standpoint of criticism.
