Abstract:

The conditions and reasons of generation of the nonworking vibrations in the vibratory transportation and technologic machines (VTTM) are considered. It is substantiated that one of the progressive means of revealing and analysis of the non-desirable vibrations in these machines is a method of vibro-acoustic diagnostics. The results and comparative analysis of the vibro-acoustic diagnostics carried out on the various concrete VTTM-s with the use of the high class vibro-analyzer are presented. With the use of the mentioned method it is possible to reveal disturbance of the VTTM working process, substantiate the levels of the nonworking vibrations and take corresponding preventive measures in case of need with the purpose of their reduction or eradication.
