Abstract:

In modern large deployable space reflectors, the superiority is given to ring systems, which inner, central part is built with the principle of “stretched architecture” – with flexible and stretched construction. Such decision stipulates the geometric invariability and high accuracy of central part, which is necessary to create reflective surface in reflector antenna. Besides, for exceptionally short length waves, it is hardly achievable to get reflective screen project surface. In such case, it is very important to create the ability of regulation the accuracy of screen surface. Presented work refers to the new decision of reflective screen fastening on the frame of central part of reflector antenna, which gives us the ability to make the screen surface geometric requiring accuracy more affordable.

Keywords: space; reflector; antenna; transformable system; reflecting surface.
